社会经济的发展以及科学技术的进步,有效推动了行政事业单位的发展。一般而言,行政事业单位的主要职责是对社会公共事务进行监督与管理,在我国国民经济的发展过程中发挥着十分重要的作用。行政事业单位的内部控制对其绩效管理的水平具有直接联系,对我国社会经济的持续稳定发展具有重要的影响。本文就针对绩效管理理念下行政事业单位内部控制进行深入分析和探讨。
The development of social economy and the progress of science and technology have effectively promoted the development of administrative units. In general, the main responsibility of administrative units is to supervise and manage social public affairs, playing an important role in the development of our national economy. The internal control of the administrative institutions has a direct connection with the performance management level and has an important impact on the sustained and steady development of our country’s social economy. This article analyzes and discusses in-depth the internal control of administrative units under the concept of performance management.
