气流输送是利用气流的能量,在密闭管道内沿气流方向输送颗粒状物料,是流态化技术的一种具体应用。气流输送装置的结构简单,操作方便,可作水平的、垂直的或倾斜方向的输送,在输送过程中还可同时进行物料的加热、冷却、干燥和气流分级等物理操作和某些化学操作。本文主要阐述了气流输送机构所需的空气流量、流速、动压力、静压力、局部阻力系数和全压力的计算方法,以及如何确定管路的直径和风机所需的功率,为气流输送机构的设计提供了必要的基础数据。
