In the fourth quarter of 1982, the Highway Bureau of the Ministry of Communications held a review meeting of “Test Methods for Cement Concrete”, “Test Methods for Stone Materials” and “Test Methods for Metal Materials” of Highway Engineering Materials Test Procedures in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province.
