随着我国社会经济的不断发展,教育已经成为了全社会关注的焦点。大学作为培养国家先进人才的主要阵地,在中国的整个教育体系中占据着重要的位置。目前,大学规模不断扩张,大学生数量与日俱增,加之外国留学生的数量也不断增多,大学生的英语听说能力的提高一直是每位大学英语老师追求的目标。随着新课改的不断推进,以学生为课堂中心,教师为课堂主导的教学结构日益凸显出它不可比拟的优势,在这样的教学结构下,师生之间的互动增多,学生学习效果也得到很大程度的提升。本文就结合高校英语大班教学的现状,对教学过程中如何采用主导-主体的教学机构做简单分析,从而为提高大学生的英语听说能力奠定坚实的理论基础。
