仿真系统已成为工业锅炉操作人员培训的重要手段之一,在工业锅炉仿真系统中加入节能模块,能有效增强经济运行指导和提高操作人员节能意识。本文利用仿真开发平台SimuWorks构建工业锅炉仿真系统节能模块,通过锅炉正反平衡热效率公式分析及简化,给出了飞灰含碳量的直接计算方法,结合各模块计算数据,可以获得完整的运行经济指标。
Simulation system has become one of the important means of training industrial boiler operators. Adding energy-saving modules into the industrial boiler simulation system can effectively enhance the guidance of economic operation and raise awareness of energy conservation among operators. In this paper, the simulation development platform SimuWorks is used to construct the energy-saving module of the industrial boiler simulation system. Through the analysis and simplification of the positive and negative equilibrium thermal efficiency formula of the boiler, a direct calculation method for the carbon content of the fly ash is given. With the calculation data of each module, the complete operation economy index.
