从2000年8月份开始,广州石化总厂在全厂正式推行干部提拔“任前公示”制度。在发给科室、车间班组和生活区职工的周报上,广石化开辟了《厂务公开》专栏,向全厂职工定期公布拟选拔的副科级以上干部的名单,听取职工群众的意见。此举在广石化引起了强烈反响,到目前为止,已有近百名干部在全厂职工的“注视”下走上了领导岗位。 广石化的《领导干部选拔任用公示制
Since August 2000, the Guangzhou Petrochemical Plant has officially promoted the cadre promotion system before the appointment. In the weekly newspapers issued to departments, workshops, and employees in the living quarters, Guangzhou Petrochemical opened a column entitled “Public Affairs for Factory Affairs,” and regularly announced the names of the cadres at or above the sub-department level to be selected from the employees of the entire factory to listen to the opinions of the workers and staff.
