目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗川崎病的疗效。方法:将100例川崎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组采用阿司匹林和丙种球蛋白治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的同时,给予中药治疗,两组疗程均为4周,观察两组临床疗效、症状消失时间和检验指标变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.0%,对照组为84.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组症状消失时间比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后白细胞计数、血小板计数、C反应蛋白及血沉比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合方法治疗川崎病疗效显著,效果优于单纯西药疗法。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Kawasaki disease treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: 100 cases of Kawasaki disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aspirin and gamma globulin. The treatment group was given TCM treatment while the control group was treated. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks The clinical efficacy, the disappearance of symptoms and the changes of test indexes were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 94.0% in the treatment group and 84.0% in the control group, and the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The disappearance time of the two groups was better than that of the control group (P <0.05) The white blood cell count, platelet count, C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate before and after treatment in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of Kawasaki disease significant effect, the effect is better than Western medicine alone.
