提出了现场存储型测压方式与光纤实时传输测压方式相结合的膛压测试技术,现场存储测压器采用多层电磁屏蔽结构,应用高速收发一体光模块和数字光纤实现了测试数据的实时传输和远程再现。该测试技术有效地解决了电磁干扰问题,提高了膛压测量的可靠性和安全性,获得的测试数据为电热化学炮内弹道特性的研究提供了依据。该测试技术可以拓展应用到各种强电磁场干扰环境下的参数测试场合。
This paper presents the chamber pressure testing technology combined with on-site storage manometry and fiber real-time transmission manometry. The on-site memory manometer adopts multi-layer electromagnetic shielding structure. Real-time test data are realized by using high-speed transceiver integrated optical module and digital optical fiber Transmission and remote reproduction. The test technique effectively solves the problem of electromagnetic interference and improves the reliability and safety of bore pressure measurement. The obtained test data provide the basis for the study of the ballistic characteristics of the thermochemical gun. The test technology can be extended to a variety of strong electromagnetic interference environment parameter testing occasions.
