青城太极环功,是活动关节和筋骨的一套养生功法。方法十分简单,分别以颈、肩、肘、腕、腰、髋、膝、踝八个关节为轴,顺时针和逆时针划弧即可,故称为“环功”。本篇承上期继续介绍腕、腰、髋、膝、踝等部位的功法。建议养生计划1.起床后,晨练2~3次,每次10分钟左右,让身体充分吸收天地的能量。2.每天工作1~2小时后,练习1次。3.睡前不宜练习环功,以免因神经兴奋影响睡眠。
