本文以恶性疟原虫配子体血症病人血,喂词大劣按蚊,血餐后11~13d,解剖唾液腺,计数子孢子感染率。本芴醇服药前及药后24、48h腺感染率分别为35.0、9.1、3.8%(P<0.05);本芴醇分别与蒿甲醚、双氢青蒿素、青蒿琥酯伍用,治疗前腺感染率分别为25.4、42.6、63.2%,服药后48h皆降至0:蒿甲醚、双氢青蒿素、有篙琥酯单独使用,治前腺感染率分别为14.3、67.9、5.3%,治后48h分别为5.4、26.8、4.3%。表明本芴醇有一定的抑制孢子增殖效果,它与青蒿素衍生物分别配伍应用,能明显提高抑制孢子增殖的作用。
