应试教育模式下的中小课堂教学归根结底是教学生态环境失衡的结果。中小学教育要从应试教育转向素质教育,就必须实现课堂教学生态环境从失衡迈向平衡的重大转变。中小学教学生态失衡主要表现在整体性残缺、和谐性破坏和动态开放性缺失三个方面。其原因是功利主义的惯性、师生关系的失范、教学环境的失调。为此,应构建整体完整的生态教学观,重构生态和谐的师生关系及优化课堂教学生态环境。
The teaching of middle and small class under the mode of examination-oriented education is the result of the imbalance of teaching and learning environment. In the transition from exam-oriented education to quality education, primary and secondary education must realize a major shift in the classroom teaching environment from imbalance to balance. Primary and secondary teaching ecological imbalance mainly in three aspects: the integrity of incompleteness, the destruction of harmony and the lack of dynamic openness. The reason is utilitarian inertia, teacher-student relationship anomie, teaching environment disorders. To this end, we should construct a holistic and complete view of ecological teaching, reconstruct the harmonious relationship between teachers and students and optimize the ecological environment of classroom teaching.
