国家教委新编制的《全日制普通高中生物教学大纲》不久将正式启用。新大纲最显著的变化是明显加大了实验实践课分量（约占总课时31．4％），其中DNA的租提取与鉴定也改为学生必修实验。在地方教材（上海版）《生物》中，原来的课外实验DNA的粗提取和物理性状观察也顺应新大纲要
The “General High School Biology Teaching Outline” newly prepared by the State Education Commission will soon be officially opened. The most significant change in the new syllabus is the significant increase in the amount of experimental practice (approximately 31.4% of the total class time), of which the renting and identification of DNA is also changed to a compulsory student experiment. In the local textbook (Shanghai edition) “Biology”, the original extra-curricular experimental DNA rough extraction and observation of physical properties also comply with the new outline.
