本文报道了不同条件下血卟啉光敏剂PSD-001、癌光啉(PSD-007)与国内外现用血卟啉光敏剂HPD、光敏素Ⅱ及确认品HP、HVD、PP的薄层色谱分析。结果表明,PSD-001及癌光啉在薄层板上通常分离为2或3个主要区带,在高效板上分离为8~9个区带;与确认品对比,证明二者的PP含量均在3%以下,HVD的含量分别为2.5%和6.3%左右;癌光啉中的血卟啉含量远低于国内外所用的HPD,且不存在原点附近的组分,表明与光敏素Ⅱ不同;癌光啉中Rf0.65的组分含量显著地高于所有对照样品的相应组分。提示癌光啉是一种不同于光敏素Ⅱ和HPD的新光敏剂。
