近年来,随着中国铁路技术的飞速发展,铁路应用型人才需求量剧增,而如何更好地培养创新型专门人才是各铁路院校亟待解决的教改课题。因此以铁路特色专业课程“铁道概论”为例,针对课程教学过程中存在的问题,结合铁路专业特点,在教学内容、教学方法、教学手段等方面进行了改革和探索。实践证明,这些改革调动了学生的学习积极性,既增强了学生对铁路基本理论知识的掌握,又提高了学生对铁路专业课程的学习兴趣,取得了较好的教学效果。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s railway technology, the demand for railway applied talents has risen sharply. How to cultivate innovative professionals is an urgent task of education for railway colleges and universities. Therefore, taking the special railway course “Railway Introduction” as an example, in view of the problems existing in the teaching process of the railway and the characteristics of railway specialty, the reform and exploration have been carried out on the teaching content, teaching methods and teaching methods. Practice has proved that these reforms have aroused the students’ motivation to learn, which not only enhances students’ mastery of the basic theoretical knowledge of railways, but also enhances students’ interest in railway specialized courses and achieves good teaching results.
