交通牌SH 161、SH 361型载重汽车制动踏板,原来行程由制动总阀限位。在使用中发现,当驾驶员用力猛踩制动踏板时,易损坏制动总阀支架销孔座,造成制动失效。经研究需加装制动踏板限位机构,以使在驾驶员用力猛踩踏板时,最大压力由踏板限位机构来承受,不致破坏制动总阀,从而保证安全行车。制动踏板限位调整程序的说明:1.制动踏板在自由状态,制动踏脚体2回至驾驶室跷头板1的相接触位置,调整制动阀拉杆9的长短,使制动总阀推杆8与制动总阀6基本上处于无间隙状态(要求间隙要小于0.5毫米)。
