对日本原子力研究所那珂研究所堆概念设计室正在进行的先进稳态托卡马克堆2(A-SSTR2)的包层及SiC/SiC复合材料第一壁进行有限元分析和计算。使用有限元程序ADINA 7.4进行比较分析和设计,通过对各种几何位形和材料敏感参数选择的二维计算分析,建立了以最大温度和最大热/机械应力为基础的第一壁设计窗口。为了满足水力学要求,最后选择了冷却剂管道尺寸为4 mm×8mm,相邻管道之间距离为4 mm的第一壁设计方案。这种方案对应的热导率高达50 W/m·K。
The finite element analysis and calculation of the cladding of the advanced steady-state Tokamak Heap 2 (A-SSTR2) and the first wall of the SiC / SiC composite are underway for the Concept Design Studio at the Institute of Atomic Energy of Japan Institute of Atomic Energy. The finite element program ADINA 7.4 is used for comparative analysis and design. The first wall design window based on the maximum temperature and the maximum thermal / mechanical stress is established by two-dimensional calculation and analysis of various geometric shapes and material-sensitive parameters. In order to meet the hydraulic requirements, the design of the first wall whose coolant pipe size was 4 mm × 8 mm and the distance between adjacent pipes was 4 mm was finally selected. The thermal conductivity corresponding to this solution is up to 50 W / m · K.
