为进一步加快农田水利建设,获嘉县2013年度小型农田水利重点县结余资金项目工程设计从获嘉县实际出发,以提高农田抗御旱涝灾害能力、保障国家粮食安全和增加农民收入、改善农业生产和农村生态环境为目标,在原有布局的基础上进一步完善和提高。根据实际情况,因地制宜,以项目区内现有干、支渠为基础,增设改造支、农渠及配套工程;增加配套地下水水源工程。工程项目的实施,改善了水源工程和灌排骨干工程的运行状况,扩大了有效灌溉面积,进一步提升农业抗灾减灾能力,改善农业生产条件,提高土地利用率,增加农民收益,促进农业发展。
