利用农业废弃物玉米秆、麦壳和稻壳为原料,二氧化碳为活化剂一步法制备生物质活性炭,研究活性炭制备时间和活化剂浓度对二氧化碳吸附性能的影响。结果表明,玉米秆为原料制备的活性炭比稻壳和麦壳活性炭具有更发达的孔隙结构,二氧化碳吸附能力更强;该文获得的活性炭的最适宜制备条件为制备温度800℃,制备时间30min,活化剂浓度为20%;在二氧化碳吸附分压为10%时,吸附率达到1.86%,当分压增大到100%时,吸附率可达6.3%以上;且中孔孔容对二氧化碳吸附性能的影响作用明显。
The effects of activated carbon preparation time and activator concentration on the performance of carbon dioxide adsorption were studied by using one-step method of corn stalk, wheat husk and rice husk as raw materials and carbon dioxide as activator. The results showed that activated carbon prepared from corn stalks had more developed pore structure and stronger adsorption capacity of carbon dioxide than those from rice husk and wheat straw activated carbon. The optimum preparation conditions of activated carbon obtained in this paper were as follows: preparation temperature 800 ℃, preparation time 30 min, When the partial pressure of carbon dioxide is 10%, the adsorption rate reaches 1.86%. When the partial pressure increases to 100%, the adsorption rate can reach 6.3% or more; and the pore volume of carbon dioxide adsorbs carbon dioxide Effect is obvious.
