本文对Nb-V-Ti微合金钢经控轧控冷后在不同卷取温度下的诸强化效应及屈服强度进行了估算。在测定有关微观参数中,着重研究了亚晶取向差的测定方法。采用会聚束中菊池衍射,确立了计算机计算双晶取向差的方法。用该方法测定了微合金钢中的亚晶取向差。结果表明,Nb-V-Ti微合金钢经控轧控冷后,在600℃以下卷取,得到了大量亚晶,亚晶取向差小于5°,其平均值小于3°。亚晶取向差的精确测定为位错亚结构强化效应的估算提供了可能性。 强度估算结果表明,关系式:适用于微合金钢屈服强度估算。
In this paper, the strengthening effects and yield strength of Nb-V-Ti microalloyed steels after controlled rolling and controlled cooling at different coiling temperatures are estimated. In the determination of the relevant micro-parameters, emphasis is placed on the determination of the sub-crystal orientation difference. Using the Kikuchi diffraction in a convergent beam, a method of calculating the twin orientation difference by computer was established. The sub-crystal orientation difference in microalloyed steels was determined by this method. The results show that Nb-V-Ti microalloyed steel is controlled by rolling and controlled cooling, and coiled at 600 ℃, a large number of subgrains are obtained. The subgrain orientation difference is less than 5 ° and the average value is less than 3 °. The accurate determination of the subgrain orientation difference offers the possibility of estimating the strengthening effect of dislocation substructure.
