简述了钒钛铁水的物理特性和我国大多数冶炼钒钛铁水的钢厂在脱硫工艺上的选择;概括了镁基复合喷吹脱硫法的工艺原理和其应用于钒钛铁水脱硫的优势;对比国内常用的2种提钒脱硫工艺流程,分析并得出了先提钒后脱硫的工艺优势。通过对某钢厂生产数据的分析得出,采用镁基复合喷吹法对提钒后的半钢脱硫在脱硫剂的消耗、喷吹时间的长短与镁基复合喷吹脱硫法应用于常规高炉铁水脱硫时相当,且镁粉的消耗量随着半钢温度升高而增大,脱硫剂喷入量和喷吹时间对半钢温降的影响相对不明显。
