2008年9月我国发生三聚氰胺污染婴幼儿奶粉所致婴幼儿泌尿系结石事件,致使三聚氰胺的毒理学安全性受到公众广泛关注。国内外大量研究发现,长期大剂量摄入三聚氰胺不仅可引起泌尿系结石,还可造成肾功能异常甚至肾衰竭。建立三聚氰胺结石动物模型是研究疾病病因、致病机制及制订治疗方案的有效方法。该文就三聚氰胺致泌尿系结石的动物模型以及三聚氰胺致肾结石动物模型的特点予以综述。“,”Absract:The infant urinary calculi caused by melamine contaminated infant milk powder occurred in China in September 2008 has aroused the public attention on the safety and toxicology of melamine.A large number of domestic and foreign studies found that long-term intake of large doses of melamine not only can cause urinary calculi,but also can result in abnormal kidney function and even kidney failure.To establish animal model of melamine is an effective method to study the disease etiology,pathogenic mechanism,and de-velop therapeutic regimens.Here is to make a review of the literature on the characteristics of the animal models of melamine-induced urinary calculi and kidney calculi.
