目的:针对中风后口噤治疗过程中,医师偏好也在不断变化的情况。文章基于人机交互的多属性决策方法,提出一类使治疗方案量化的方法,可以促使医疗资源合理分配。方法:引入数学领域中多属性决策方法解决医师本身技能和制订治疗方案偏好的量化。结果:在医师给患者的诊疗过程中,不断追踪医师对中西医口噤治疗手段中各手段的权重偏好,形成在人机交互框架下的医师偏好变化的决策策略,为医师业务水平的提升和防止过度医疗提供量化依据。实例的研究更表明了本技术方法的有效性。
OBJECTIVE: To address the changing conditions of physician preference during the treatment of mouth sore after stroke. Based on the multi-attribute decision-making method of human-computer interaction, this paper proposes a method to quantify the treatment plan, which can promote the rational distribution of medical resources. Methods: To introduce the multi-attribute decision-making method in mathematics to quantify the physician’s own skills and formulate preferences for treatment. Results: During the physician’s diagnosis and treatment of patients, he constantly followed the physician’s preference of weight in various means of TCM and WM treatment, formed the decision-making strategy of physician preference change under the frame of human-computer interaction, and promoted the physicians’ Prevent excessive medical provide quantitative basis. The example of the study more shows the effectiveness of the method of the present invention.
