江苏油田党校在函授办学中,提高全体师生对端正考风重要性的认识,加强考风建设,有效地提高了函授教学质量,受到江苏省委党校的肯定,并多次在江苏省推广其经验.抓学风,促考风.学风和考风的关系是相辅相成的,一般来讲学风好考风就好,学风是源头.我们首先抓好这个源头,以学风带考风.但良好的学风养成并非是一件十分容易的事情,我们坚持从办班一开始就抓起,从一点一滴养成,坚持班主任、任课教师、班干部、班党团共同抓,从加强学习管理、做好思想工作、弘扬正气、坚持考核、教师不断提高教学质量等方面入手,学风逐步好转,学员函授到课率由原来40%左右提高到现在90%多,而且都能做到认真听讲,仔细作笔记.在理解上动脑筋.良好的学风促进了考风考纪的好转.去年上半年期末考试发现五个作弊者,下半年期末考试只有一个作弊者,1995年上半年考试未发现一个,而且平均考试成绩好于往年.抓制度建设,做到有章可循.我们在实践和学习的基础上,制定了一系列关于加强学风和考风考纪的制度,其中最重要的是制定并严格执行了校长级
