在web2.0时代,新媒体技术的出现正促使社会关系慢慢发生变革,而且这种变革的力量还将继续存在,影响着社会生活的方方面面。为了不致因落伍而被淘汰,熟练地运用网络已经成为社会上任何组织和个人最基本的要求,缺乏网络常识就会使自身在从事社会活动中步履维艰。行政执法作为政府干预社会的重要手段,更需与时俱进,懂得如何利用网络知识来达到自己的目的,从而树立自身执政为民的良好形象。
In the era of web2.0, the emergence of new media technologies is leading to a gradual change in social relations, and the power of such changes will continue to exist, affecting all aspects of social life.
