实际白口铁的凝固过程是非平衡凝固,因此结晶组织与平衡结晶时相比有很大差別。可锻铸铁是白口铁经石墨化热处理而得,所以白口铁的组织与热处理有一定的关系。本文在实验的是础上讨论了非平衡凝固过程与结晶组织及不同凝固组织与热处理之间的关系,凝固组织越细化,石墨化速度越快。
The actual white iron solidification process is non-equilibrium solidification, so the crystalline structure and the balance of crystallization are very different. Malleable iron is white iron by graphitization heat treatment derived, so the white iron organization and heat treatment have a certain relationship. In this paper, the relationship between the non-equilibrium solidification process, the crystalline structure and the different solidified structures and the heat treatment are discussed on the basis of the experiments. The finer the solidified structure, the faster the graphitization rate is.
