应用脑电信号定量分析的计算机软硬件技术研究了8位健康志愿者应用咪唑安定后的脑电变化情况。应用非周期性波谱分析方法对用药后1~3Hz、4~7Hz、8~11Hz和12~30Hz脑电变化情况作了分析,并与描记脑电图作了比较。分析结果表明12~30Hz每秒波数的变化最具规律性,适合作为咪唑安定的药效指标。
EEG electrical quantitative analysis of computer hardware and software technology to study the health of eight volunteers after the application of midazolam EEG changes. The changes of EEG at 1 ~ 3Hz, 4 ~ 7Hz, 8 ~ 11Hz and 12 ~ 30Hz after administration were analyzed by non-periodic spectral analysis method and compared with EEG. The analysis results show that the change of wave number per second from 12 to 30 Hz is the most regular and is suitable as the efficacy index of midazolam.
