中性浮力地面实验系统的实验体设计问题是有效实现空间飞行器研制阶段地面演示验证实验的关键技术之一。根据实验系统的任务需求,对实验体结构系统进行了设计。首先根据阿基米德原理对浮心和重心相对位置进行设计;然后通过对质量特性进行计算,给出了实验体结构的最终设计方案;并进行了物理仿真实验,实验结果证明了设计方案的合理性和可行性。
The design of the experimental body of the neutral buoyancy ground experimental system is one of the key technologies for effectively realizing the ground demonstration verification experiment of the space vehicle during the development stage. According to the task requirements of the experimental system, the experimental body structure system was designed. Firstly, the relative positions of the center of buoyancy and the center of gravity are designed according to the principle of Archimedes. Finally, the final design of the structure of the experimental body is given through the calculation of the quality characteristics. The physical simulation experiments are carried out. The experimental results show that the design scheme Reasonable and feasible.
