根据市场反馈,对某型装载机后罩结构进行有限元分析,得到在铁矿厂进行铁粉和铁矿石铲装作业极限工况下后罩的应力分布和变形云图。针对大应力和大变形区域进行分析研究,确定后罩结构的改进方案,并对改进方案进行重新分析。结果显示,改进后装载机后罩强度提升了45.2%,变形量下降了79.4%。实际应用表明,改进方案合理,取得较好的改进效果。
According to market feedback, the finite element analysis of the structure of the back cover of a loader was carried out, and the stress distribution and deformation cloud of rear cover under the operating conditions of iron powder and iron ore shoveling operations in iron mines were obtained. For large stress and large deformation of the area for analysis and study to determine the structure of the rear cover improved programs, and to re-analyze the improved program. The results show that the improved strength of the rear cover improved 45.2%, the deformation decreased by 79.4%. The practical application shows that the improvement plan is reasonable and the better improvement effect is achieved.
