目的研究我国成人电脑和手机暴露时间,为评价居民电磁辐射暴露健康风险提供重要参数。方法基于“中国人群环境暴露行为模式研究(成人)”于2011年11月—2012年5月对我国31个省、自治区、直辖市18岁以上居民,采用问卷调查的方式获得了电脑和手机的暴露时间,并分析了相关因素。结果我国居民与手机的暴露时间平均为24 min/d,男、女分别为26、22 min/d,城乡分别为28、21 min/d,各年龄段分别为28 min/d(18~44岁)、20 min/d(45~59岁)、14 min/d(60~79岁)、12 min/d(≥80岁);与电脑的暴露时间平均为167 min/d,男、女分别为162、173 min/d,城、乡分别为188、134min/d,各年龄段分别为175 min/d(18~44岁)、144 min/d(45~59岁)、138 min/d(60~79岁)、146 min/d(≥80岁)。结论我国居民电磁辐射暴露时间均存在着一定的地区、性别和年龄差异;在开展电磁辐射暴露健康风险评价中应给予充分考虑。
Objective To study the exposure time of adult computers and mobile phones in China and provide important parameters for assessing residents’ health risks of electromagnetic radiation exposure. Methods Based on the “Study on Behavior Patterns of Environmental Exposure in Chinese Populations (Adult)” from November 2011 to May 2012, questionnaires were used to acquire computers and mobile phones from residents in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities above 18 years of age in China. The exposure time, and analyzed the related factors. Results The average exposure time of residents and mobile phones in China was 24 min / d, male and female were 26 and 22 min / d respectively, urban and rural areas were 28 and 21 min / d, respectively, and the average age was 28 min / d (45-59 years old), 14 min / d (60-79 years old), 12 min / d (≥80 years old), and the average exposure time with computer was 167 min / d, male and female Respectively, 162 and 173 min / d, respectively. The urban and rural areas were 188 and 134 min / d, respectively, and were 175 min / d (18-44), 144 min / d d (60-79 years old), 146 min / d (≥80 years old). Conclusion Residents of our country have certain regional, sex and age differences in the exposure time of electromagnetic radiation, and they should give due consideration to the health risk assessment of electromagnetic radiation exposure.
