目的研究八角科植物短柱八角Illicium brevistylum干皮的化学成分。方法运用硅胶色谱、凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)色谱和ODS反相色谱等方法进行分离和纯化,根据理化性质以及核磁共振、质谱等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从短柱八角干皮醋酸乙酯部位分离得到了12个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素-3-O-β-吡喃木糖苷(1)、槲皮素(2)、二氢山柰酚(3)、山柰酚(4)、五灵脂酸V(5)、儿茶素(6)、3,5,7-三羟基色酮-3-O-α-L-阿拉伯吡喃糖苷(7)、大八角素(8)、莽草内酯B(9)、7-O-乙酰基-莽草内酯B(10)、红花八角素C(11)、花旗松素-3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(12)。结论化合物5、7为首次从八角科植物中分离得到,化合物1、6、8~11均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of dry skin of Illicium brevistylum. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS reverse phase chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties, NMR and MS spectra. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of dried star aniseed, and were identified as quercetin -3-O-β-xylopyranoside (1), quercetin (2) Phenol (3), kaempferol (4), pentacyclic acid V (5), catechin (6), 3,5,7-trihydroxychromone-3-O-α-L- (10), safflower octocin C (11), taxifolin-C (11), glycoside (7) 3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (12). Conclusions Compounds 5 and 7 were isolated from Octagridae for the first time. Compounds 1, 6 and 8-11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
