目的建立妇科洗剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,采用Wondasil C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1磷酸(50:50)(每100mL加十二烷基磺酸钠0.2g)为流动相,检测波长为265nm;柱温30℃。结果盐酸小檗碱进样量在132.40-662.00ng范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.97%,RSD值为2.76%(n=9)。结论该方法快速、准确,操作简单,专属性强,可作为妇科洗剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in gynecological lotion. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Wondasil C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1 phosphate (50:50) (0.2 mL per 100 mL sodium dodecyl sulfate g) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength of 265nm; column temperature 30 ℃. Results The berberine hydrochloride injection had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 132.40-662.00 ng (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 100.97% and the RSD was 2.76% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate, simple and specific, and can be used as a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in gynecological lotion.
