目的掌握滨州市市县级医疗机构消毒工作质量及存在的问题,为加强医院消毒管理、预防医院内感染提供依据。方法按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》及《医院消毒卫生标准》对市县级医疗机构进行了消毒效果监测。结果1997-2003年市县级医疗机构消毒质量呈逐年上升趋势,年平均合格率依次为67.97%、74.92%、81.78%、85.62%、84.39%、89.27%、91.06%,其中医院污水与空气合格率较低,7年平均合格率分别为37.12%和44.23%。结论加强对医疗机构消毒工作监督测力度,开展医院感染知识培训,提高医务人员消毒隔离意识,严把医院消毒质量关,提高消毒质量。
Objective To understand the quality and existing problems of disinfection in municipal medical institutions in Binzhou City and provide the basis for strengthening the disinfection management and preventing the hospital infection. Methods According to the “Technical Specifications for Disinfection” and “Sanitary Standards for Hospital Disinfection” of the Ministry of Health, the disinfection effects of municipal and county-level medical institutions were monitored. Results The disinfection quality of medical institutions at city and county level increased year by year from 1997 to 2003, and the average annual pass rates were 67.97%, 74.92%, 81.78%, 85.62%, 84.39%, 89.27% and 91.06%, respectively. The qualified rate of sewage and air in hospitals The rate is low, with an average pass rate of 37.12% and 44.23% in seven years respectively. Conclusion Strengthen the monitoring and disinfection of medical institutions to measure efforts to carry out knowledge of hospital infection training to improve awareness of disinfection and isolation of medical staff, strict hospital disinfection quality, improve the quality of disinfection.
