近年来,英语类专业教学中出现了学生学习主体意识淡薄、被动学习倾向明显、自主学习能力薄弱等问题,师生导学是应对这些问题的有益尝试。师生导学制以任课教师为导师,以学业导生辅导为帮促方式,依托自主学习理论、双主体理论和多元智能理论,以导师与导生的选聘原则、师生导学的责任划分以及师生导学的制度建设为实践要素,在英语类专业人才培养中发挥着独特的作用。
