目的探讨阴道部分闭合术治疗老年患者盆腔脏器脱垂(POP)的疗效。方法盆腔器官脱垂定量分期(POP-Q)Ⅲ-Ⅳ度POP老年患者28例,实施阴道部分闭合术,以POP-Q和盆底功能影响问卷-短表7(PFIQ-7)评价疗效。结果手术顺利,手术时间(55.2±18.3)min,手术失血量(43.3±25.7)ml。术后随访(14±5)个月,治愈率为100%,PFIQ-7评分较术前有明显改善。新发压力性尿失禁1例。结论阴道部分闭合术治疗老年重度POP患者效果满意。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of partial vaginal closure in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse (POP) in elderly patients. Methods A total of 28 elderly patients with POP-Q Ⅲ-POP were enrolled in this study. Vaginal partial closure was performed. The efficacy of POP-Q and pelvic floor function questionnaire-PF 7 (PFIQ-7) was evaluated. Results The operation was successful. The operation time was 55.2 ± 18.3 min and the blood loss was 43.3 ± 25.7 ml. After follow-up (14 ± 5) months, the cure rate was 100%. The PFIQ-7 score was significantly improved compared with that before operation. One case of new stress urinary incontinence. Conclusion Vaginal partial closure of the elderly with severe POP patients with satisfactory results.
