游泳池水中FRNA噬菌体检测初探

目的探讨FRNA噬菌体在本市游泳池水中的分布规律,预测肠道病毒污染的可能性和严重性,为水质消毒处理提供依据。方法参照美国公共卫生署(APHA)标准方法9224E,建立水样MS-2噬菌体的检测方法,应用于20份游泳池水样的检测,同时进行水样大肠菌群、游离性余氯检测。结果 20份游泳池水样中有5份检出MS-2噬菌体,最高值为9 PFU/100 ml,最低值为1 PFU/100 ml。4份大肠菌群阳性水样中有3份检出MS-2噬菌体,另有2份大肠菌群阴性水样中检出MS-2噬菌体。检出MS-2噬菌体的水样游离性余氯值均未达标。结论游泳场馆水体有被肠道病毒污染的风险,有必要引入FRNA噬菌体检测以有效指示和预测肠道病毒的污染。规范监测和调整游泳池水氯消毒水平,对水中大肠菌群和肠道病毒的抑制和消除具有重要作用。 Objective To investigate the distribution of FRNA phage in the swimming pool water of the city and predict the possibility and severity of enterovirus contamination for the purpose of providing basis for disinfection of water quality. Methods According to the standard method 9224E of the American Public Health Service (APHA), a method for the detection of MS-2 phage in water samples was established. The method was applied to the detection of 20 swimming pool water samples and simultaneous determination of free water and coliform bacteria. Results Five of the 20 pool water samples detected MS-2 phage with the highest value of 9 PFU / 100 ml and the lowest value of 1 PFU / 100 ml. Three MS-2 phages were detected in 4 coliform-positive water samples and MS-2 phage were detected in 2 coliforms negative water samples. MS-2 phage detected water free residual chlorine values ​​were not met. Conclusion There is a risk of contaminated water in swimming pools and enteric viruses. It is necessary to introduce FNA phage detection to effectively indicate and predict the contamination of enteroviruses. The standard monitoring and adjustment of swimming pool water chlorine disinfection level plays an important role in the inhibition and elimination of coliform bacteria and enterovirus in water.
