目前我们采用的贮存方法弊病很多,如通风性能差、有霉变、虫蛀、易混杂、药品浪费量大、称取不方便等缺点。因此,我们针对上述问题设计了一种简单实用的中药饮片贮存箱,现介绍如下。本贮存箱为木制品,形状、规格、容积详见附图。该箱分别有上、下两口,箱内底部呈15度斜面,上口为装药口,采用推拉式门板,门盖板分为两块用合叶连结代替关节,活动度大,便于操作;下口为辅助口,采用提拉式闸板门,当饮片较少不便从上口取出时,可打开辅助口取出。由于底部呈15°斜面,饮片可从箱内向辅助口自动下滑,取出极为方便。
At present, there are many disadvantages in the storage methods that we use, such as poor ventilation, mildew, insects, promiscuity, waste of drugs, and inconvenience in weighing. Therefore, we have designed a simple and practical storage box for traditional Chinese medicines based on the above problems. Now we introduce them as follows. The storage box is a wooden product. The shape, size, and volume are detailed in the attached drawings. The box has two upper and lower ports respectively. The bottom of the box is inclined at an angle of 15 degrees. The upper port is the loading port. Push-pull type door is used. The door cover is divided into two hinges instead of joints. The movement is large and easy to operate. The lower mouth is an auxiliary mouth, and a lift-type gate door is used. When the indelible piece is less inconvenient to be taken out from the upper mouth, the auxiliary mouth can be opened and taken out. Since the bottom is inclined by 15°, the slice can be automatically slid down from the inside of the box to the auxiliary port. It is very convenient to take it out.
