试行教师聘任制,应该坚持稳定合格教师队伍的原则,而妥善做好未聘教师的安置,又是这项工作的难点和关键所在。对此,必须明确改革的指导思想和根本目的是打破“大锅饭”、“铁饭碗”,奖优罚劣,解决干与不干、干多干少、干好干坏一个样的平均主义,最大限度地调动广大教职工的积极性,提高教育质量。我们是社会主义国家,学校必须时刻不放松以共产主义思想为核心的思想政治教育,既要体现多劳多得的分配原则,又要提倡共产主义的劳动态度。那么,怎样做好未聘教师的安置工作呢?笔者就此问题访问了石家庄市二中的几位领导
Trying to implement the appointment system for teachers should adhere to the principle of stabilizing a qualified teaching staff, and proper placement of unscheduled teachers is also a difficult and key task of this work. In this regard, it must be clear that the guiding ideology and fundamental aim of reforms is to break the “big pot rice” and “iron rice bowl”, reward good and punish bad, and solve egalitarianism that does not work or do, do more or less, do better, and do better. Limit the enthusiasm of the majority of teaching staff and improve the quality of education. We are a socialist country. Schools must always relax ideological and political education centering on communist ideology. We must not only reflect the principle of more work and more distribution, but also advocate communist attitude toward work. So, how do we do the job of resettling teachers? The author visited several leaders of Shijiazhuang City II in this issue.
