本文报告我们双次自体骨髓移植治疗不同类型的急性白血病13例资料,结果:10例无病生存9～48个月(平均22个月)。其中8例已恢复工作或学习;2例于二次移植后与移植相关近期死亡;1例于二次移植后26个月复发。本组病例预计无病生存>5年在60%。
This article reports our double autologous bone marrow transplantation in the treatment of 13 different types of acute leukemia data, the results: 10 cases of disease-free survival of 9 to 48 months (average 22 months). Among them, 8 cases had returned to work or study; 2 cases died of recent graft-related death after transplantation and 1 case had recurrence 26 months after second transplantation. This group of patients is expected to survive without disease> 5 years at 60%.
