昭通煤田位于云南省东北部,煤岩赋存状况稳定,岩性变化不大,褐煤储量丰富,复盖层浅,适于露天开采,而且煤岩硬度较小,很可能适于采用连续开采工艺。开采工艺决策和轮斗挖掘机设计的重要依据是煤田的切割阻力的大小,为此,煤炭科学研究院露天开采研究所对云南昭通褐煤的切割阻力予测进行了试验研究。 煤岩切割阻力是表征岩石的一种复杂的动态力学指标,虽然它主要与岩石的种类、结构、赋存和层理等有关,但亦与采掘工作
Zhaotong Coalfield is located in the northeastern part of Yunnan Province. Coal and rock are in a stable condition with little change in lithology, abundant lignite reserves, shallow overburden, and suitable for open-pit mining. The hardness of coal and rock is small and may be suitable for adopting continuous mining technology . Mining process decision-making and wheel bucket excavator design is based on the size of the cutting resistance of the coal field, therefore, the Institute of Open-cut Coal Mining Research Institute of Yunnan Zhaotong lignite cutting resistance was tested. Coal-rock cutting resistance is a complex indicator of dynamic rock mechanics.
