铅是具有神经毒素的重金属元素,人体内铅超过一定量后,会对健康产生危害。胎儿期是中枢神经系统形成和发育的关键时期,低血铅暴露可能对新生儿神经行为发育产生不利影响。为了解孕妇铅暴露对新生儿神经行为发育的影响,为孕期保健提供科学依据,于2008年5月-2009年8月对在吉林省妇幼保健院住院分娩的690名新生儿进行了脐血血铅测定、神经行为发育测定以及耳声发射听力筛查。结果报告如下。

In order to understand the impact of lead exposure on the neurobehavioral development of newborns and to provide a scientific basis for the health care during pregnancy, 690 newborns hospitalized in Jilin Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2008 to August 2009 underwent cord blood Lead determination, neurobehavioral development, and otoacoustic emission screening. The results are reported below.
