从去年年末至今年1、2月,京城楼市新增项目个数是由少逐渐增多,据《安家》信息部监测.在三个月里出现的新盘数量共有32个.平均每个月有近11个项目出现.去年12月新出现项目数量最少。寻其原因不仅有着冬季建筑施工.销售等方面都存在着诸多困难外.还有在春节假期之间偏重过节氛围.如果没有好的创意或大量广告资金的投入.很难吸引消费者的目光。因此.鉴于上述原因.在年末年初的这一段时间.基本上是房地产的淡季,但是随着春天到来和逐渐增多的房展会.北京楼市新盘的投放量势必增加。
