今年上半年,全国法院新收案件数量出现较大增幅。共新收各类案件6294339件,上升13%,审结5195714件,上升15.46%。占全国法院案件总量66.83%的一审案件大幅增加带动了全国法院案件量整体升高。上半年全国共新收各类一审案件4206357件,同比上升16.07%,其中民事案件上升15.51%。占一审案件87.28%的民商事案件上升是拉升案件数量总体上升的重要原因。
In the first half of this year, the number of cases newly admitted to courts across the country showed a large increase. A total of 6,294,339 new types of cases were received, an increase of 13% and a total of 5,195,714 contracts, an increase of 15.46%. The sharp increase in the number of first instance cases, accounting for 66.83% of the total number of court cases in the country, has led to an overall increase in the number of court cases across the country. In the first half of the year, a total of 4,206,357 first-instance cases were newly received nationwide, up 16.07% over the same period of last year, of which civil cases increased by 15.51%. 87.28% of first instance cases of civil and commercial cases is to promote the increase in the number of cases an important reason.
