从1994年《劳动法》颁布至今,我国的集体协商制度已经走过了17年历程。17年来,各级党政一直重视集体协商机制建设,把它作为维护职工合法权益、协调劳动关系的一项重要工作来抓。近年来,各级党委和政府更加重视集体协商,特别是工资集体协商工作,把建立工资集体协商机制作为促进实现体面劳动,发展和谐劳动关系,维护社会稳定的重要举措来部署和推动。
Since the promulgation of the “Labor Law” in 1994, the collective bargaining system in our country has gone through 17 years of history. Over the past 17 years, party and government at all levels have always attached importance to the building of a collective consultation mechanism and took it as an important task in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and coordinating labor relations. In recent years, party committees and governments at all levels have placed greater emphasis on collective bargaining, especially collective bargaining, and deployed and promoted the establishment of wage bargaining mechanisms as an important measure to promote decent work, develop harmonious labor relations and maintain social stability.
