南通毛纺织厂紧紧围绕“内增凝聚力,外塑好形象,迎难创辉煌”这一主题,针对本厂产品滞销、管理薄弱、人才流失的严峻形势,开展“爱厂爱岗”系列宣传教育活动,增强职工的主人翁意识,依靠工人阶级度过了企业的难关。我们的做法是: 一是进行厂情教育,把全厂职工的思想统一到企业的发展思路上来。我们相继进行了机构、人事、用工、分配方面的改革,干部数量减少了38.5%,上
