回族社会发展与否直接关系到整个社会的稳定与发展,这是被历史已经证明了的事实。在中国共产党成立之前,历代政权对回族都进行过不同程度的控管,尤其是明清时期统治阶级实行对回族敌对性的反动政策,致使国家与回族社会处于一种恶性互动的紧张对立关系中。中国共产党成立以来,贯彻宗教信仰自由等平等的民族政策,实行民族区域自治制度,使回族人民实现了包括对本民族自我管理的各项当家作主的民主权利,回族社会获得了极大的发展,今天的回族社会与社会主义国家呈现出一种相互协调、良性互动的关系,这对当前建立和谐社会是有重大意义的。
The social development of the Hui people is directly related to the stability and development of the entire society. This is a fact that has been proved by history. Prior to the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, successive regimes controlled and controlled the Hui in varying degrees. In particular, during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the ruling class implemented a hostile reactionary policy toward the Hui. As a result, the state and the Hui community were in a vicious and tense relationship . Since its founding, the Chinese Communist Party has implemented the ethnic policy of equality such as the freedom of religious belief, implemented the system of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities, enabled the Hui people to realize their democratic rights including various masters of the self-management of their own nation. The Hui community gained tremendous development, Today’s Hui society and socialist countries have shown a coordinated and benign interaction, which is of great significance to the current establishment of a harmonious society.
