目的:了解2型糖尿病病程及尿清蛋白(白蛋白)排泄率对周围神经传导速度的影响.方法:测定66例2型糖尿病患者的周围神经传导速度,并就其与病程及尿蛋白排泄的关系进行分析.结果:在病程不到5年、5~10年和超过10年的患者的右尺神经感觉电生理异常的发生率分别为75%、86%和92%;右腓肠神经感觉电生理异常分别为73%、71%和92%.而运动神经病变早期多不明显,仅在病程超过10年的患者中,其神经传导速度才明显减慢.正常、微量和大量清蛋白尿组,右尺神经感觉电生理异常发生率分别为69%、90%和100%;右腓肠神经感觉电生理异常发生率分别为69%、80%和100%.大量清蛋白尿患者的运动神经波幅明显降低、传导速度明显减慢.结论:糖尿病患者周围神经电生理异常发生率与病程和尿清蛋白排泄量成正比.“,”Objective: To study the relationship between peripheral nerve conduction velocity and urinary albumin excretion and duration in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Peripheral nerve conduction velocity was measured in66 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The relationship between peripheral never conduction Velocity and urinaryalbumin excretion or duration was analysed. Results: Among diabetes mellitus with duration less than 5 years, 5 10years and more than 10 years, abnormal rates of sensory electrophsiology of right ulnar nerve and right sura nervewere 75%, 86%, 92% and 73%, 71%, 92%, respectively. Motor nerve conduction velocity decreased significantlyonly in patients with duration more than 10 years. Among diabetes mellitus with normo-micro-and macro-albuminuria, abnormal rates of sensory electrophysiology of right ulnar nerve and right sura nerve were 69%, 90%, 100% and69%, 80%, 100%, respectively. However, obvious decreased aptitude and conduction velocity of motor nerve weredetected only in patients with macro-albuminuria. Conclusioin: Abnormal rates of peripheral nerve electrophysiologyincreased with the duration of diabetes mellitus and urinary albumin excretion rate.
