空气钻井眼具有干燥、井壁上不存在泥饼的保护、地层孔隙与裂缝处于原始状态等特点,当钻井液替入这样的井眼后,井壁吸水强,易侵入地层引起地层坍塌,岩性发生物理化学变化,造成地应力的改变及钻井液冲刺后极易发生井壁失稳及井漏、卡钻现象。针对上述特殊情况,川东北工区首次使用了“三强一低”钻井液,避免了很多井下复杂问题的发生。室内研究及现场应用表明,该钻井液体系具有强抑制、强封堵、强包被、低失水的特点。在川东北元坝工区多口井得到了成功应用,而且还成功解决了划眼时井壁垮塌埋钻、划不到底、卡钻等问题,为川东北工区气体钻井提供了一套新型防塌封堵钻井液。
Drilling holes in the air are dry, there is no mud cake protection on the sidewall, and the pores and fractures in the formation are in the original state. When the drilling fluid enters into such a borehole, the well wall absorbs water strongly and easily intrudes into the formation and causes the formation to collapse. Sexual physical and chemical changes, resulting in changes in stress and drilling fluid spurting prone to instability and well hole wall leakage, stuck phenomenon. For the above special circumstances, the first time in Northeast Sichuan area used “three strong one low ” drilling fluid, to avoid a lot of downhole complex problems. Indoor research and field application show that the drilling fluid system has the characteristics of strong inhibition, strong sealing, strong coating, low water loss. Many wells in the Yuanba work area in northeastern Sichuan have been successfully applied, but also successfully solved the problems such as burial of borehole wall collapses during drilling, failure to reach the bottom, stuck pipes and other problems, and provided a new type of anti-collapse for gas drilling in northeastern Sichuan Basin Plugging drilling fluid.
