目前来说,企业集团已经作为一种比较普遍而且在经济发展中起着非常重要的作用的形式,在企业集团中,其最常见的表现形态为母子公司,如何让母子公司能够协调地共同发展成为了企业集团值得研究的问题,而协同理论也成为了母子公司的重要研究理论,即越来越多的学者利用协同理论以及资源论来对母子公司的营销进行研究。
