金沙江下游水电梯级开发背景下,加强宜宾和昭通区域合作是区域经济发展的必然选择。从战略背景、区位优势、资源禀赋、交通条件等方面对加强宜宾—昭通区域合作的可行性进行探讨,并建议该区域要依托水电业的开发加强区域合作,充分发挥增长极的极化效应和扩散效应,带动产业集群的发展,为携手共建“金沙江下游经济圈”提供决策参考。
Against the backdrop of hydropower development at the lower reaches of the Jinsha River, strengthening regional cooperation in Yibin and Zhaotong is the inevitable choice for regional economic development. This paper discusses the feasibility of strengthening regional cooperation in Yibin-Zhaotong from strategic background, geographical advantages, resource endowments and traffic conditions, and suggests that the region should rely on the development of hydropower industry to strengthen regional cooperation and give full play to the polarization effect of the growth pole. Diffusion effect, promote the development of industrial clusters, in order to work together to build “Jinsha River downstream economic circle ” to provide decision-making reference.
