张拉伸长值是检验钢绞线预加应力准确性的一个重要指标。本文基于30m预应力中横梁张拉工程实例,分析了预应力筋实际伸长值与理论伸长值误差产生的主要原因,探讨了采用不同初始应力对伸长值误差计算结果的影响,并提出了减小张拉误差的有效措施。
Tensile elongation is to test the accuracy of prestressed strand an important indicator of accuracy. Based on the example of beam tensioning in 30m prestress, the main reason for the error between the actual elongation and the theoretical value of prestressing tendon is analyzed. The effect of different initial stress on the calculation of the elongation error is also discussed. Effective measures to reduce the tension error.
